ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE. 

If you have any issues with your order, please contact USPS, UPS or FedEx directly before reaching out as we experience high email volume. 

At this time, we are unable to process orders over the phone. Please email orders@eastportmarina.com for any questions, concerns or cancellations.

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed or if status of order is: "shipped". 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canada.
